Class work of 1st semester for Session 2013 will commence from 4th November, 2013 (Mon).
Selected candidates of 2nd merit list should report in person to the admission cell along with all relevant/required original documents till 4th November for verification. If a candidate wants to cancel his admission, he should apply for it till 4th November 2013 and he will be refunded all fees paid after deduction of processing fee of Rs.2000/-. Cancellations by students made later than 4th November will be eligible for refund of Caution Money only.
Admitted candidates who do not report to the admission cell till 11th Nov (Mon), his/her admission will be cancelled and he will be eligible for refund of Caution Money only and the institute will not bear any responsibility.
After 11th November, as per decision of Syndicate all the decision of unfilled seats of any category will be made by admission committee whose decision shall be final.
If at any time after admission, it is found that the applicant has provided false information, NFC IET shall cancel his/her admission
It will be the candidate’s own responsibility to check his admission status on the merit list through IET’s Notice Board/ website (www.nfciet.edu.pk) or Face book page (www.facebook.com/ietmultan). NFC IET will not bear any responsibility to inform the candidate regarding his admission status in the merit list by postal service.
