Introduction

Electrical Engineering is a professional engineering discipline that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. Today, it covers a wide range of sub fields including electronics, computer, power, telecommunications, control systems,
radio and signal processing to name a few.

1. Computer Systems Engineering
2. Electronics Engineering
3. Power Engineering

Our department also offers MSc in Electrical (Power Engineering). The department has ample number of qualified faculty members trained to deliver knowledge skilfully by teaching a variety of electrical
engineering subjects in range and depth. In addition to having relevant higher qualification in the area, our faculty have acquired top skills and industrial experience both locally, and from abroad.

Program Objectives

The Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence (BS AI) program at NFC-IET Multan aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts, methodologies, and technologies. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical applications, the program seeks to:
i) Equip students with a strong foundation in essential AI topics such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, Data Sciences and robotics.
ii) Foster innovation and critical thinking skills necessary for addressing complex real-world challenges using AI techniques.
iii) Develop technical proficiency in programming languages, data analysis tools, and other industry-relevant skills demanded by employers in various sectors.
iv) Prepare graduates to become leaders and professionals in the field of AI, capable of assuming responsible positions in diverse sectors including business, government, education, research, development, and planning.
v) Establish strong connections with the industry through partnerships and collaborations, providing students with valuable opportunities for internships, projects, and future career prospects.
