Eligibility Criteria
- MS / MPhil degree (18 years of education) in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum 3.00/4.00 CGPA or First Division in MS/MPhil.
- Must qualify GAT (Subject) / GRE (Subject) / NFC-IET PhD Admission Test.
- Submission of a Research Proposal in the chosen field.
- Successful performance in Interview conducted by the Admission Committee.
- Admission subject to availability of qualified supervisors.

Merit Determination
Merit for PhD programs is calculated as:
- Academic Record: 40%
- Admission Test: 30%
- Interview & Research Proposal Evaluation: 30%

Candidates must attach attested copies of:
- Matric & Intermediate Certificates
- BS / B.Sc. / BE / MS / MPhil Degrees and Transcripts
- CNIC and Domicile
- Passport-size Photographs (3 Nos.)
- Research Proposal
- Valid GAT (Subject) / GRE (Subject) / NFC-IET PhD Test Result
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- NOC (if employed)
