Online Registration

Applications are submitted online via the NFC-IET Admission Portal.

  • Fill out the online application form carefully.
  • Attach scanned copies of all required documents.
  • Pay the prescribed dues before the deadline.
    Incomplete applications or those without dues will not be accepted.
    Overseas candidates may apply via email before the closing date.

Condense Math

For candidates having F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with Mathematics as an additional subject, the Biology marks are replaced by Mathematics marks, but 5 marks are deducted from the aggregate.

Eligibility Criteria

  • For Engineering Programs: Minimum 60% marks in F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering) / DAE / ICS / B.Tech (Hons) or equivalent.
  • For Non-Engineering Programs (e.g., BS, BBA, Fashion Design, Criminology): Minimum 45% marks in F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical/DAE/ICS/Commerce/General Science).
  • Candidates must appear in ECAT/NAT/NFC-IET Entry Test.
  • Candidates must not exceed age limits:
    • 26 years (F.Sc. basis)
    • 28 years (B.Sc. basis)
    • 42 years (DAE, B.Tech (Hons), BS Tech basis)

Merit Criteria

  • Matriculation (15%) + Intermediate (50%) + Entry Test (35%)
  • In case of tie (up to 3 decimal places):
    1. Higher Matric marks
    2. Higher Intermediate marks
    3. Higher Entry Test marks
    4. Older candidate in age

Marks deduction for improvement or part-passing = 5 marks from aggregate.

  2. F.Sc. / Equivalent Certificate
  3. B.Sc. Certificate (for Postgraduate applicants only)
  4. 3 Passport-size photographs (with name and form number on back)
  5. Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered practitioner
  6. Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (if applicable)
  7. Domicile Certificate
  8. Father’s domicile for Balochistan applicants (under 21 years)
  9. Passport & Visa (for Overseas Category-K applicants)
  10. PEC Registration Proof (for Category-N)
  11. NFC-IET Employee Performa (for Category-O)
  12. NOC from Employer (if employed)
  13. Entry Test Result Card

Fee Structure

Up to 7th day after commencement of classes 100% (except processing fee)
From 8th to 15th day 50% (except processing fee)
After 15th day No refund (except caution money)
