The final year students of the Department of Business Administration, NFC Institute of Engineering and Technology, Multan, along with faculty members Mr. Hammad Raza Sahoo, Mr. Haroon Ahmad Chughtai and MS Shajia Zaman undertook an insightful industrial visit to Pak Arab Fertilizers Ltd. on 8th April 2025 as part of their academic and professional exposure initiatives.

The visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world industrial practices, giving students a practical understanding of business operations, supply chain mechanisms, and organizational management within a large-scale manufacturing setup.

Upon arrival, the students were warmly welcomed by the HR and Operations team of Pak Arab Fertilizers. The session began with a detailed briefing about the company’s history, production processes, product portfolio, and its contribution to Pakistan’s agricultural and economic sectors. Students were then given a guided tour of key departments, including Production, Quality Control, Procurement, and Human Resource Management. They observed live operations, safety protocols, and the integration of modern technology in fertilizer manufacturing. Special emphasis was laid on environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employee development policies.

The department expresses its sincere thanks to the management of Pak Arab Fertilizers for their hospitality and for providing an enriching learning experience. Such visits play a vital role in enhancing the professional capabilities and industry readiness of our students.
