Profile Summary
I am a dedicated Food Technologist with a strong commitment to improving food quality, nutrition, and safety through innovative and science-driven solutions. I have different universities teaching experience work as visiting lecturer at Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan and also worked as a Teaching Assistant at National institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFSAT), University of Agriculture Faisalabad. I have two-year experience as a co-worker research associate in Food Microbiology Laboratory “HEC/NRPU project “Impact of pathogenic bacteria and their seasonal influence on safety status of ready-to-eat foods in Punjab”. I have national and international research publication focusing on malnutrition and other current trends in food. My research work focuses on bridging food technology with global health and sustainability challenges, particularly those outlined in the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
My research interests lie in malnutrition reduction, where I have explored strategies, technologies, and product innovations that support SDG-2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG-3 (Good Health and Well-Being). I am passionate about developing nutrient- dense foods, functional formulations, and sustainable processing approaches that help address micronutrient deficiencies and improve public health outcomes—especially in vulnerable populations.
