Dr. Shahzadi Sattar is an accomplished academic and researcher in the discipline of Business Administration, with a specialization in Organizational Behavior. She completed her Ph.D. with distinction from Bahauddin Zakariya University and is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at National Fertilizer Corporation Institute of Engineering and Technology.With extensive experience in teaching, academic leadership, and research supervision, she has demonstrated excellence in curriculum development, departmental administration, and student mentorship. Her research interests encompass workplace bullying, leadership styles, employee performance, organizational cynicism, and sustainable HR practices.
