More than 5 years of teaching and academic experience, along with industry experience as an Operation Manager. Also serving as PhD Co-Supervisor at Lincoln University College, Malaysia.
He has published multiple research articles in SSCI and Scopus indexed journals, including high-impact international journals in the areas of sustainability, environmental management, and entrepreneurship. His research focuses on entrepreneurial orientation, green innovation, climate entrepreneurship, and business sustainability of SMEs.
He is an HEC-approved supervisor and an officially approved PhD supervisor at Lincoln University College. He has experience teaching Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Research Methodology, Macro Economics, and Production & Operations Management at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
He is also serving as Departmental Postgraduate Coordinator and Focal person of Criminology Department at NFC Institute of Engineering and Technology, Multan. He is proficient in statistical and analytical tools including SPSS, AMOS, STATA, SmartPLS, and EViews, and actively contributes as a peer reviewer for reputed international journals.
