I am currently working as Assistant Professor and Head of Undergraduate Studies Petroleum and Gas Engineering Degree Program at NFC Institute of Engineering & Technology Multan. In this position I am responsible for managerial activities within the department in terms of smoothly executing all the tasks under the umbrella of my position. Over the past 4-5 years, I have gained ample research and academic experience in the field of Chemical, Petroleum and Gas Engineering.
My areas of teaching and research are Petroleum Production Engineering-I & II, Drilling Engineering I and II, Well Logging, Well Testing, Oil and Gas Field Development Planning, Unconventional oil and gas field development engineering (Shale, Tight, Natural Gas Hydrates and Coal Bed Methane Reservoirs), H2 Sequestration, Carbon Capture and Underground Storage, Well Control Issues, Fluid Flow Behaviors in wellbore, Machine Learning Tools Implementation in oil and gas field development engineering, Fluid flow in porous media, Fluid mechanics, Fuel and Combustion, Chemical Process Industries, Heat and Mass Transfer.
