I am a motivated and detail-oriented Food Science professional with a strong commitment to advancing food fortification, quality, and product innovation through scientific and practical approaches. I have one year of teaching experience as a Visiting Faculty under Academic Experience, where I actively contributed to undergraduate instruction and academic responsibilities. In addition, I have gained hands-on research experience as a Research Assistant in a Food Microbiology Laboratory.

My research work was centered on the formulation and development of fortified food products and the extraction of gums from cereal sources, with an emphasis on enhancing nutritional value and functional performance. I also possess practical experience in a Food Processing Laboratory, where I was involved in new product development, baking trials, and basic process optimization.

I am eager to contribute to academic, research, or industrial settings through my technical skills, research exposure, and dedication to food science and technology.
