These can help reduce tuition fees, but the exact number of awards and amounts vary each year.

2. Need-Based Financial Assistance

Financial support is available for needy students who also demonstrate strong academic results.

These are generally limited and awarded subject to eligibility and available funds.

3. External Scholarships and Aid

NFC-IET students can also seek financial assistance from external organizations, such as:

Punjab Workers Welfare Board (Lahore)

Fauji Foundation Welfare Division (Rawalpindi)

Gurmani Foundation (Lahore)

District Councils (Multan, Muzaffargarh)

National Bank of Pakistan — Qarz-e-Hasna loan facility for deserving students

Note: These external awards aren’t guaranteed by the institute — students must usually apply separately directly to the awarding body.

4. Other Financial Opportunities

The institute sometimes attracts industry scholarships for exceptionally performing students based on entrance and semester results.

There have also reportedly been scholarships/stipends for children of NFC-IET employees, although this is limited to specific eligibility categories.
