About the Scholarship Program

The Government of Punjab has announced the Chief Minister's Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2026, offering 50,000 merit-based scholarships to deserving and talented students pursuing undergraduate education at selected universities and colleges across Punjab.

The initiative aims to provide financial assistance to academically outstanding students from limited-income families, promoting equal access to quality higher education. Selected students will receive full tuition fee coverage for the duration of their undergraduate degree program, ranging from 4 to 5 years.

Eligibility Criteria

There is no age limit for applicants.

Punjab Domicile

Applicants must possess a valid domicile of Punjab.

Monthly Family Income

Public Sector HEIs: Less than Rs. 350,000 per month.
Federal/Private Sector HEIs: Less than Rs. 500,000 per month.

Enrollment Requirement

Applicants must be enrolled in selected disciplines at participating universities or colleges.

Merit-Based Selection

Scholarships will be awarded purely on merit, subject to program eligibility requirements.
