Annual Debate Competition

NFC Institute of Engineering & Technology (NFCIET), Multan successfully organized the Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ 2026 — Annual Debate Competition, providing students with a meaningful platform to express their thoughts, develop their communication abilities, and reflect upon the noble teachings, values, and exemplary character of حضرت محمد ﷺ.

The competition was organized around the inspiring and thought-provoking theme:

Competition Theme

“نسلِ نو کا تحفظ، تعمیر اور کردار سیرتِ النبی ﷺ کی روشنی میں”

The theme emphasized the importance of protecting, nurturing, and developing the younger generation in the light of the Seerat of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It encouraged students to explore how the timeless teachings of the Holy Prophet ﷺ can guide young people toward moral excellence, responsible citizenship, compassion, honesty, discipline, tolerance, justice, and positive leadership.

Student Participation & Learning

The debate competition brought together talented student nominees from various departments of NFCIET Multan, who participated with great enthusiasm and confidence. The participants presented their views on the selected theme and highlighted different aspects of the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet ﷺ.

Through their speeches and arguments, the students demonstrated their ability to communicate ideas effectively while connecting the principles of Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ with the challenges and responsibilities faced by the young generation today.

The activity also provided students with an opportunity to strengthen their public speaking, critical thinking, research, communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Beyond competition, the event served as an educational and character-building experience.

Message from the Vice Chancellor

Prof. Dr. Shabbar Atiq

The event was graced by the Vice Chancellor, NFCIET Multan, Prof. Dr. Shabbar Atiq, who appreciated the efforts of the participating students and organizers.

In his address, the Vice Chancellor highlighted the importance of Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ in shaping the character, morality, values, and future of the young generation. He emphasized that students, as future professionals and leaders, have an important responsibility to develop themselves not only academically and professionally but also ethically and morally.

At the conclusion of the competition, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Shabbar Atiq, presented souvenirs to the winners in recognition of their outstanding performance, dedication, confidence, and participation.
