Fashion Design Department Hosts Thesis Exhibition

Multan, July 1–2, 2026 — The Fashion Design Department of NFC Institute of Engineering and Technology (NFC IET), Multan, proudly organized its Final Year Thesis Exhibition, providing an inspiring platform for graduating students to showcase their creative design concepts, research endeavors, and artistic excellence.

The exhibition was honored by the presence of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shabbar Atiq, who attended the event as the Chief Guest. During his visit, he interacted with the students, appreciated their innovative ideas, and commended the department for fostering creativity, research, and critical problem-solving skills among emerging fashion designers.

17 Final Year Thesis Projects were exhibited, each demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship, originality, and a unique design vision.

The exhibition also attracted distinguished guests and academicians from University of South Punjab (USP), Emerson University Multan, and Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU), who highly appreciated the quality, creativity, and research reflected in the students' work.

The showcased projects explored a wide range of contemporary themes, including cultural identity, sustainable fashion, technological innovation, gender equality, body positivity, and community empowerment. Through fashion as a powerful medium of expression, the students addressed significant social issues while presenting innovative and aesthetically compelling design solutions.

The Fashion Design Department at NFC IET remains committed to promoting research, innovation, and experiential learning that equips students with the knowledge, creativity, and professional skills required to contribute meaningfully to the fashion industry, cultural development, and national progress.
